She was the reason my husband and I renewed our membership. We are moving to Idaho Falls, Idaho next month and the only DirectBuy is in Boise. Boise is a four hour drive from Idaho Falls. Needless to say, it is too far away to conduct business. I inquired if there are any building supply companies in the Idaho Falls/Pocatello area that would offer us discounts through DirectBuy. Lori could not answer my questions at that time, and stated she would contact the DirectBuy in Boise and get back to me. To my great pleasure, not only did I receive an email from Boise, but also a phone call from the area manager. There are several building supply companies that we can utilize. Lori called today to make sure my question and concerns were all answered. Because of Lori, we are renewing our membership. Thank you DirectBuy for hiring such a competent and pleasant employee! I think she deserves a raise!!!!!
